I’m glad you found me here. This is a safe, respectful and inclusive space to address your pelvic health concerns.

I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, abilities and lived experiences. My practice is neuroaffirming and gender-affirming, and I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected and comfortable.

A little about me:

I have 20 years’ experience in pelvic health physiotherapy, with postgraduate training at the University of Melbourne and a particular interest in complex pelvic health presentations.

Alongside my private practice, I manage a complex pelvic pain and urogynaecology caseload at the Mercy Hospital for Woman, and am involved in research and teaching within a tertiary women’s health hospital.

I enjoy working collaboratively with GPs, specialists and other health professionals to provide evidence-informed, individualised care for patients with pelvic health concerns.

I am a mum of two girls, with lived experience of pelvic floor trauma.
